Three independent processor cores run the same control logic in parallel, and perform 2-out-of-3 (2oo3) voting on input signals, calculation results, and output commands. This design automatically shields single-core faults (e.g., logic errors, hardware failures) to avoid system downtime or incorrect control actions, ensuring continuous and reliable operation.
   • Fully meets international safety standards: TÜV-certified SIL 3 (Safety Integrity Level 3), compliant with IEC 61508 (general safety standard) and IEC 61511 (process industry safety standard). It is suitable for critical safety loops such as emergency shutdown (ESD), fire and gas (F&G) protection, and turbine overspeed protection.
2. Powerful Control Logic Execution & Real-Time Performance
   • Supports multiple programming languages and logic execution modes, including ladder logic (LD), function block diagram (FBD), and structured text (ST), compatible with industry-standard programming tools (e.g., Triconex TriStation 1131). It can handle complex safety interlock logic, such as sequential control, interlock protection, and fault diagnosis.
   • Equipped with a high-performance processor core, the logic scan cycle is as low as 10ms (adjustable according to the complexity of the program). It ensures rapid response to field signal changes (e.g., sudden pressure spikes, temperature overruns) and avoids delays in safety actions.
